How discreet is your packaging?

All orders are shipped in plain box packaging with a generic return address label stating only "SHIPPING DEPARTMENT". For more info please see Shipping & Handling.

Will anyone be able to figure out what's in my package?

No they will not. Our packaging is 100% private and discreet.

How will charges appear on my credit card bill?

Your credit card will be charged by "BluMedia LLC". LuvToyz.com will not appear on any of your statements to ensure absolute privacy and discretion.

Is it safe to use my credit card on-line?

Yes all payments and personal information are processed safely and securely using Secure Sockets Layer Encryption (SSL). We are also independently certified as Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) compliant. This is a standard of security which has been set up by the founding members of the PCI Security Standards Council, which include the largest international card marks such as MasterCard Worldwide and Visa, Inc.

Will you sell or share my personal information with any third party?

How do I place an order?

To place an order with us first you will have to navigate to the product page and click the "Add to Cart" button. Once your product(s) has been added to your shopping cart click the "Check Out" button on the right hand side of the screen. This will take you to our one step checkout page. Enter your name and address details here, then select your desired shipping method. You can review your order and order total here as well. If everything looks good click the "Place Order" button to continue to the payment page. Now all you have to do is enter your payment details (credit card/e-check/paypal) and you are done! Ordering is quick and easy and usually only takes a couple of minutes of your time.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Most orders within the U.S. are delivered within 3-5 business days once order has been processed. For more info please see Shipping & Handling.

My order is overdue - where is it?

Our policy is to wait 15 business days before declaring orders made within the United States lost. If you are not in the United States, make sure that you check with your local postal or customs office, as often an order is held there. If your order has not arrived within these time frames, email support@LuvToyz.com and be sure to include your order number.

What currency are items listed in?

All prices indicated are in U.S. Dollars.

Can I fax or email my order?

No we only accept orders online.

Can I cancel or make a change to my order?

Orders are authorized against your credit card and routed to our warehouses and distribution facilities immediately. We do this to ensure our customers receive their orders in as timely a fashion as possible. Due to the speed and volume of orders received we are unable to interrupt this process in order to cancel or make changes to an order on a one by one basis.

How can I find out the status of my order?

If you have registered an account with LuvToyz.com you can login to track your order online. Go to "My Account" and click on "My Orders" to view the status of your order.

I received my order but I no longer want it. Can I return it for a full refund?
